Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Promptkura ("we", "us") for using promptkura.me, the promptkura CLI and the Promptkura MCP server (together, "the Service").
1. Your account
You need an account to use the Service. Keep your password and API keys private; you are responsible for activity under your account. One account is for one person. Tell us at hello@promptkura.me if you think your account has been compromised.
2. Lifetime access
A one-time payment ($39.99) gives your account access to the library, its future updates, the CLI and the MCP server for as long as we operate the Service. It is not a subscription and does not renew. Access is personal and not transferable.
Payments are processed by Polar, which acts as the merchant of record and handles taxes and receipts.
All sales are final. Lifetime access is delivered immediately after payment, so we don't offer refunds, except where the law where you live requires one. If a payment is reversed (for example through a chargeback), access is removed.
3. The content in the library
Promptkura indexes prompts, skills, agents, commands, rules and hooks published in public repositories by their authors. We do not own that content. Each item keeps its original name, author credit and license, and links to its source. When you copy, download or install an item, you use it under the license its author chose. See Licenses & attribution.
What you pay for is the Service around the content: discovery, de-duplication, categorisation, hourly updates, search, install tooling and your workspace.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't share your account or API keys, resell access, or make the library available to others as a service.
- Don't scrape or bulk-download the Service, or try to get around its limits. Fair-use limits apply per account per day (currently 600 item views, 150 downloads and 3 workspace exports).
- Don't try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Service or other accounts.
- Review items before running them. Some contain code or instructions that act on your files or systems; you run them at your own risk.
5. Your private items
Forks and items you create in your workspace are yours. We store them to provide the Service and don't publish them. You can export them at any time.
6. Changes and availability
The library changes as sources update: items can be added, changed or removed (for example after an author's request). We may change features, limits or these terms; material changes will be announced on the site or by email. If we ever shut the Service down, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your workspace.
7. Suspension
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, for example by sharing access or scraping. Where reasonable, we'll tell you first.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Service and the content are provided "as is". Content is written by third parties; we don't guarantee that it is accurate, safe or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
